Netflix has signed a deal for distribution rights in America for animated feature
The Little Prince, according to
the Hollywood Reporter. Paramount Pictures had originally slated the title for a March 18th theatrical release, but dropped it last Saturday without any explanation.
The film combines both computer-generated and stop motion animation, and features the voices of Hollywood stars including Jeff Bridges, Rachel McAdams, Marion Cotillard, James Franco, and Paul Rudd. It premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in May last year.
